Dallas Real Estate News

Yep, it's that time of year again, and here we are adding to the mix, the drama, the fun... whatever your take might be, we have a busy month ahead of us, and we hope to see you some time in the weeks ahead.

First of all, and probably most important, we have decided on a permanent charitable cause here at Elle, and we are kicking it off in December.  Of course, we will continue to support our other pet causes (forgive the pun)-- primarily animal rescue and pet adoptions, but because of our new little friend Oliver, we have learned about a condition called symbrachydactyly, and we want to do what little we can to support the efforts of the Scottish Rite Hospital through our "Cans for Hands" fund raiser. 

The Elle Realty office will be an official location for donations of aluminum cans that will then be sold and recycled, with all proceeds going to The Scottish Rite Hospital Helping Hands Foundation in honor of Oliver.  You can bring them to our office, or, if you would like, you can also bring them to our booth at the

Green Christmas by the Lake on

Saturday, December 11th from 8am to 3pm,

here at Lake Highlands Village.  This is an expanded version of the White Rock Market that will include many more artists, booths and even entertainment!  There may still be vendor opportunities available, if you're interested.  Check it out at www.lakehighlandsvillage.com

On Sunday, December 12th from 2 to 5pm, Elle is hosting our first annual Holiday Open House.  Feel free to come by for some refreshments and say "Hello!" 

We anticipate having a great 2011, so we have lots of preparation to do, and we'll be hard at work until we completely succumb to the holiday mania.  In any case, look for a year-end recap of real estate in the area to post the first week of January, and as always, let us know whenever you have any real estate need or question.
