I offered the agents a challenge last month... ten new listings before the middle of June.  Yikes.  That might have been a mistake, considering that they took me seriously.  It's not a bad thing, AT ALL, except that we are now OUT of yard signs, and so far this week we've taken on three new listings, and we're only three listings away from meeting our goal.)

Of course, a yard sign might seem like a fairly insignificant part of what we do for our listings these days, since the majority of our marketing is all about the internet, but it is an indisputable fact that the more people see a particular brand, the more likely that they are willing to trust it.  I think my high school sociology teacher classified the notion as some kind of psychological bandwagon.  Whatever it is, I couldn't be happier to know that every single new yard sign that goes up means increased visibility and potential future business. 

All that said, it's good to know that new signs are in process and we'll have plenty!  So if you or anyone you know is considering a move, let us know.  We'll be happy to deliver a shiny new yard sign right away, and in the meantime, we're going to take this spike in new business as a sign of very good things to come.
