in 2006. The NAR survey also found that a quarter of all house-

are essential. Listings without photos or with only an exterior
shot are often passed over and ignored. Buyers are visual. At
Elle Realty we believe that beautiful photos attract buyers! We
have invested in professional Nikon cameras with several
different lens to make sure our Clients homes have the best and
most creative photos out there for potential buyers to see.
