Dallas Real Estate News

I have no idea why I keep changing the theme on the website, except that I am looking for exactly the right fit.  The ONE banner that says it all-- that both speaks for us and to us as the singularly most representative theme for our website.  It's a difficult challenge considering that there are nearly 400 images that we can choose from with a tap of the key and endless graphics available from computer files.  (It's like trying to find a pair of shoes at Nordstrom's.  And how can I possibly know, if I don't try them on!?)

If you have visited the site before, you may have noticed that our logo has changed, too.  Quite frankly, we are going through a true transformation this hot and muggy summer of 2010, and I'm liking it.  We have basically moved forward in some rather bold ways, cleared away obstacles and streamlined our thinking as well as our operations, so we can do an even better job of taking care of our customers and clients in the months ahead.

We've already started adding new agents to our roster (formal announcements will come soon), applied for a grant from the Texas Association of Realtors to host a homebuying seminar this fall (a formal announcement will come about that, too).  We've increased our market exposure into Uptown (as well as downtown) taking on leases, as well as purchases in the area.  Elle agents are having a terrific summer even without the tax credit! Historically low interest rates have certainly helped, but it's the hardworking and motivated professionals here at Elle that make it happen and get the deals closed.

All that to say that while you might continue to see something completely different a few more times when you visit our site, eventually we will hit on the perfect combination of graphics, information, color scheme and overall theme for the Elle website-- it's important that we do.  In the meantime, please, know that the changes are merely a reflection of the transformation that is making the agents at Elle Realty better informed, better prepared and simply better at what we do.

If you have thoughts, preferences, ideas, let me know.  I would love to hear from you.
