Dallas Real Estate News

Good question, but there is a simple answer.  First of all, although Elle Realty is located only a few blocks from the shoreline at White Rock Lake in Dallas, our agents live and work throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Three of us live right here in Old Lake Highlands, but the rest live anywhere from Prosper to the north and Waxahachie to the south, and from just west of Athens in Henderson County west to Argyle in Denton County.  We're spread out, and each agent naturally strives to focus his or her business in the immediate area where they live.

Secondly, the roots of the company began in Collin County, and it was there in Allen, McKinney, Plano, Frisco, Fairview and Lucas that we first sowed the seeds of this business-- drawing on past client connections and referrals.  Establishing the business in an entirely different area literally meant starting a whole new business!  Even in the best of times, building a real estate business is a slow climb, and, as we all know, lately the hill has been steeper than in years past.  It takes time to create the visibility and contacts that a successful real estate agent/company must have in order to succeed. We're continually working toward that goal.   

That said, it is also important to note that we have plenty of business in the north east Dallas area.  It's just that most of our work in the area has gone unnoticed, because the bulk of it centers around working with buyers as opposed to sellers.  We don't display signs when we represent a buyer on the purchase of a home.  We also don't post those transactions on the website.  In fact, more than 50% of our 2010 business has come from right here in Old Lake Highlands and nearby neighborhoods. 

Our hope is that the people in the community near White Rock Lake will take note of our new location and come to rely on us as their one-stop resource for any and all things real estate.  So that when the time is right to buy or sell a property, they... YOU... will give us the opportunity to bring our expertise, experience and knowledge to make your next real estate transaction as stress-free and successful as possible. In the meantime, we will continue to stay updated and educated about the available properties, knowing that it's very likely that our next new client will be looking for something right here in our own back yard, as they have in the past.  It is for that reason that we routinely preview the homes on the market.
