Melissa Mcspedden

As your Realtor, Melissa’s realistic and practical approach includes solid research and a full understanding of the real estate market. Her attention to detail and ability to listen are the keys to her success. Before becoming a Realtor, Melissa worked many years as a paralegal and owned a litigation support business, so she understands the occasionally complex issues involved in selling or purchasing property. 

Melissa is a native of Dallas and gives generously to our community. She served as the President of the Lakewood Service League, drives Meals on Wheels, supported children at Lakehill Preparatory Academy, St Mark’s School of Texas and Woodrow Wilson High School. She is currently the President of the HOA in the condominiums where she lives with her husband Valentine.

Melissa has represented families in all parts of the DFW metroplex and has helped sellers and buyers with the sale and purchase of old houses, new houses, historic houses, big houses and small houses. She appreciates the diversity of Dallas, its neighborhoods and its people.
